The Cloud Dragon features a low-sew amigurumi dragon pattern in the “sploot” position! It’s an adorable stuffed dragon that is relatively fast and easy to work up, and almost completely no-sew except to attach the wings to the body.

Recommended Yarn
The pattern is designed using super bulky weight 6 chenille velvet yarn and a large 5mm hook, making this dragon work up quickly while creating a plush, soft result. I used chenille velvet yarns like Honey Bunny and Baby Snuggle yarn. Another great option for this pattern is Posh Twist yarn from Lion Brand Yarn, using a 5mm hook as well.
